I want to extend my best wishes for the holiday season. However, are you ready for the big night? I know that Paco, a Franklin senior, and his family in Ecuador are ready. Here is an email that I received from Cristina, his twin sister.
Hi Fred:
I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to share with you that yesterday I baked your famous headmaster’s chocolate chip cookies. They were delicious! Look at the results in the photograph. Also, I saw the Christmas video with all the students’ messages. It was nice seeing you dressed up as Santa. I like your Christmas spirit. I wish you happy holidays and hope to see you soon.
Sincerely, Cristy
Thank you, Cristy. Fred Claus loves chocolate chip cookies! By the way, Cristy is the valedictorian of her senior class. She will graduate with an International Baccalaureate diploma, completing a rigorous curriculum as she prepares for college in the United States. Already, she is into Babson, but Boston College is her top choice.
Click here for the season’s greetings from Fred Claus. Since filming this segment, Connecticut’s weather forecast for Christmas Eve has dramatically changed – torrential rain and high winds. It will be a rough overnight ride, but Fred and his brother, Nick, will get the job done. Happy holidays!
