The most important quality a teacher applying to Franklin Academy should have is… Franklin teachers should always be open-minded, as each day can bring ups, downs, and the occasional curveball.
Something I love about Franklin Academy is… Getting to see the students grow throughout their time at Franklin, academically and socially.
