Ariel Ford
Ariel has been working with children and families for more than 15 years and has worked in the physical and mental health industry before joining the Franklin Academy faculty. Additionally, she has been a small business owner and consultant on student reintegration from wilderness programs. Ariel began her tenure at Franklin Academy as a Humanities instructor, before becoming a residential specialist, residential dean, and assistant dean of students. In her current role as Assistant Dean of Community Engagement, she supports residential life programming, student engagement, and socio-emotional learning, and enjoys working with students on themed events like Spirit Week the Prom. Ariel received the Best Faculty Film Award in the 2020 Franklin Academy Film Festival and outside of work, loves staying active with her pets and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
