Sean O’Leary is a certified CT School Counselor who brings over 15 years of experience from independent, public and charter schools to the Franklin community. Sean has specialized in facilitating student transitions, 504 coordination, LGBTQIA+ advocacy, and restorative practices. As the Associate Director of Admissions, Sean works with prospective families and students to guide them through a supportive and informed enrollment process.
