Melissa brings a background in restaurant management and a passion for fast-paced, people-centered environments to her work at Franklin. She loves that no two days are the same on campus and that her role keeps her engaged and learning — “there’s never a dull moment!” Outside of work, Melissa enjoys cooking, spending time with her three children, and taking long walks with Stella, the family’s beloved dachshund.
