Biography:
Bryan recently joined Franklin Academy, bringing a strong academic foundation in sustainability, anthropology, and the emerging field of animal science. His research focuses on the intricate relationships between humans, nonhuman animals, and the environment, particularly in areas like animal welfare, wildlife conservation, environmental and animal ethics, and the human-animal bond. Committed to interdisciplinary education, Bryan aims to inspire students to explore how animals and the environment shape human life, while examining the ethical, cultural, and ecological dimensions of these interactions. Outside the classroom, he enjoys horror movies, all things X-Men, and reading fantasy and fiction, especially works by J.R.R. Tolkien.
