Prior to joining Franklin Academy, he held roles at Beacon College—including Associate Dean of Admissions & Summer Programs—where he oversaw nationally recognized initiatives designed to support students with learning differences in their transition to college.

His background includes governance support, cross‑functional coordination, and institutional communications—all grounded in a passion for building inclusive communities and strengthening organizational capacity.

Brody holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Central Missouri, where he also gained early recognition for leadership and student engagement.
