Kinsley Rausch-Dudzic
Kinsley Rausch-Dudzic is an innovative, multi-lingual educator with over 35 years of experience and the parent of three neurodivergent young adults. Now in her 21st year at Franklin Academy, Kinsley has held multiple roles including Residential Dean, Dean of Transitional Services, Intern Coordinator, and currently serves as Dean of Advancement and Alumni Relations. Prior to joining Franklin, she developed and implemented a world languages and travel study program at North Broward Preparatory School and Lighthouse Point Academy, a pre-K-12 institution that served both neurotypical and neurodivergent learners.
Throughout her career, Kinsley has designed and delivered presentations for organizations like Landmark College, the Connecticut Association of Basic Adult Education, and the Higher Education Consultant Association. Her topics have covered social-emotional learning, building persistence, college readiness for neurodivergent students, and employment opportunities for “employees with abilities” in collaboration with Stanley Black & Decker. In addition to her work at Franklin, she serves as Treasurer on the board of Learning Forward Connecticut, a professional learning community.
Kinsley is passionate about celebrating neurodiversity, reimagining education, and transforming lives, and is a staunch advocate for equity and accommodations for neurodivergent and autistic people. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, watching professional sports, knitting, creating art.
