So many events fill our days during the merry month of May. All of our students go to the prom, and many participate in trivia night. The Science Department hosts its annual invention convention. Wayne Carini of Chasing Classic Cars headlines our “Autos for Autism” car show. Alumni return for reunion, and we fete honors students at a special dinner. Three days of exams conclude the year’s academic work. Afterwards, the entire school travels to Lake Compounce for a day in the sun. During the last week we schedule a film festival, a talent show, and a formal dinner preceded by a community photograph and followed by a closing ceremony and the unveiling of the yearbook. Members of the class of 2019 and their families will be honored at a reception and dinner at the Gelston House the evening before graduation. Then, at 10:30 am on Saturday, June 1, the processional music begins.
