Franklin Academy’s pandemic year ended with the successful on-campus, in-person graduation of our eighteenth class. Sixteen seniors and six postgraduates came to us from nine states – CT (8), MA (3), CA (2), NY (2), and one each from TX, NJ, IL, PA, and VA. Two came from Hong Kong and Ecuador. The length of time at Franklin Academy has been varied. Two have been here for one year, 8 for two years, 7 for three years, 4 for four years, 1 for 4 ½ years, and 1 for five years. Next fall, they are matriculating at colleges and universities across the country. Three are returning to us for a postgraduate year.
